Contribute to the songbook
Add a song, correct a chart, suggest a strumming pattern or leave feedback.
Anyone can grow the songbook, with or without an account. Nothing is published automatically: a song, a correction, a strumming pattern or a comment is first reviewed by a moderator, who then publishes it. Without an account, a quick anti-bot check confirms that a real person is sending it.
It all starts on a song page
At the bottom of every song page you will find the “Rate:” line with its stars, the “Leave a comment” button, then “✏️ Suggest a correction” and the “🚩 Report” link to flag a problem. All of it works without an account. To find the song, first use the search at the top of the page (the “Title or artist…” field, or ⌕ on a small screen); if it is missing, use the “Contribute” menu.
Add a song
Is a song missing from the songbook? The “Submit a complete song” form walks you from the title to the submission, no account needed. A moderator reviews it before it is published.
Suggest a correction
A misplaced chord or a wrong lyric? Fix the song right in the editor; a moderator compares your version with the current one before publishing it.
Suggest a strumming pattern
Show how to strum the song: a window lets you build the pattern in a few clicks, no notation skills needed. It is reviewed like any correction.
Rate and comment on a song
One click on a star rates a song; a comment lets you say more and appears after moderation.
Remember: a new song, a correction, a strumming pattern and a comment all wait for a moderator’s approval. Only the star rating is saved right away.
With an account, you can follow your submissions in “My contributions” and prepare your own songs privately in “My songs” before proposing them: see Create and edit a song. To create one: “Sign up”, in the top menu. Then open the verification email’s link in the same browser within 48 hours: you come back logged in, on the page you started from.
