Contribute to the songbook
Add a song, correct a chart, suggest a strumming pattern or leave feedback.
You can improve the songbook with or without an account. A public contribution is never published automatically: it first enters the moderation queue. Without an account, Mosparo confirms that the submission is not coming from a bot.
Add a new song
Open “Contribute a song” and enter the title, artist, lyrics, chords and, when possible, the strumming pattern. Your name or nickname is optional: when provided it appears under “Attributed to” after approval; otherwise the contribution remains anonymous.
Suggest a correction
On a song page, choose “Suggest a correction”. Continue without an account after Mosparo, or sign in. Change only what is needed and briefly explain the edit to the moderator. Your optional name is retained in the revision history.
Suggest a strumming pattern
The “Suggest a strumming pattern” button follows the same contribution flow and then opens the visual pattern builder. Choose the time signature, subdivisions and down, up or muted strokes. The pattern is submitted as a correction and waits for approval.
Rate or comment on a song
Outside a campfire, choose 1 to 5 stars and complete Mosparo; you can change the rating later in the same browser. A comment requires a name or nickname and text. It remains hidden until a moderator approves it.
Remember: a new song, correction, strumming pattern and comment all go through moderation. A star rating is recorded immediately after anti-spam validation.
